The 26-year-old, Michael O’Quinn (photo closed), claims to have carried on a nearly two-year affair with him before and during his marriage to Nordegren. She was 20 when the affair started.
She told TMZ.com that Tiger’s marriage is a sham. “It’s only for publicity,” Michael O’Quin.
The allegation comes amid a slew of developments today:
* Woods’ mother-in-law Barbro Holmberg is now in the US, according to TMZ. A neighbor who responded to Woods’ car crash had said she was there then, but TMZ reports that her spokesperson says that wasn’t the case.
* Woods didn’t like to use protection, Jaimee Grubbs told Us Weekly. He also didn’t wear condoms with restaurant manager Mindy Lawton, her sister Lynn told News of the World.
* Woods and Nordegren reportedly met yesterday at their home with a man wearing a suit.
The three showed up at the house around 4 p.m. yesterday, TMZ.com reported. It’s unclear who the man was or what the meeting was about.
* A new report says Woods texted mistress Rachel Uchitel after his Nov. 27 car crash. Woods told her he wanted to be with her, according to TMZ. He did this even after it was text messages that his wife found that caused a big blowup just before the crash.
The total number of Woods’ possible mistresses has reached 10, including porn star Holly Sampson, who was named by London’s Daily Mail.
The waitress comes on the heels of New Yorker Cori Rist, who reportedly took up with the golf great after meeting him on the Manhattan club scene and who became his sixth named alleged mistress.
O’Quinn, who told The Post yesterday that the single gal, who met Tiger at Orlando’s Roxy Nightclub, now “has a corporate job” and doesn’t want to be identified — yet.
“She had not come forward until this point out of respect for Mr. Woods and because she wanted to remain anonymous,” he said.
“This woman was 20 when Tiger approached her … She was a VIP cocktail server,” he said.
“Her relationship was not a one-night stand. It was long-term, and it was witnessed by many people in this community … She has detailed knowledge of his life, his habits.”
O’Quinn also alleged that Tiger’s marriage is a sham, saying Woods told the waitress, “It’s only for publicity,” according to TMZ.com.
Meanwhile, the London Sun said No. 8 is a sexy British TV broadcaster.
“He would hook up with her when he went to the UK,” the tabloid quoted an unidentified source as saying. “His fling . . . was the talk of the PGA.”
Little is known about Woods’ ninth alleged mistress, but British reports say she is a sex-addicted cougar.
And MSNBC.com hinted that the total could easily soar to at least a dirty dozen by week’s end.
The manager of a Vegas hot spot told the Web site, “[Woods] wasn’t one to send away someone who was interested. There was a revolving door.”
Woods, 33, admitted only to “transgressions,” in a confession he offered after his post-Thanksgiving SUV smashup.
His six birdies so far identified include:
* Rist, whose ex-husband, Neil Santos, dropped off the couple’s 7-year-old son at her Chelsea apartment yesterday as his girlfriend, Meredith Pearson, said, “I’m not surprised at all” about the scandal.
Rist and her ex are currently involved in a custody issue over their son, Santos and Pearson said.
* Mindy Lawton, 33, a pancake-house waitress from Orlando who says she was dumped by Woods in 2007. Her sexy indiscretion in an SUV — caught on camera by the National Enquirer in April 2007 — ended their fling.
* Jaimee Grubbs, 24, a cocktail waitress who claims she carried on with Woods up until his Nov. 27 crash.
* Rachel Uchitel, whose fiancé died on 9/11 and who went on to become a club hostess. She recently traveled to Australia with Woods on a golf tourney.
Uchitel was negotiating a quarter-million-dollar, tell-all deal when she was paid $1 million to $3 million to remain quiet by Team Tiger, sources said.
* Kalika Moquin, 27, a club chick from Las Vegas, hung with Woods but is no longer involved, her pals have told reporters.
* Jamie Jungers, 26, who has sold her tale to a British paper, worked for Trashy Girls, a lingerie line and entertainment agency. She, too, met Woods in Vegas.

The Chicago Sun-Times quotes unidentified sources at the MGM Grand and Mandalay Bay in Vegas as saying Woods’ usual procedure was to use one of his bodyguards to approach good-looking women. “Once the girls went to his table, he’d just take it from there,” an MGM staffer said.
Meanwhile, Tiger, who has been secluded in his den since the crash, may come out soon to attend the wedding of his friend Bryon Bell in South Carolina this weekend, TMZ reported. Bell reportedly paid for a ticket to Australia for Uchitel, who met Tiger there last month.
